Celebrates Another Successful Year for Uttoxeter Rotary
Uttoxeter Rotary members gathered for a memorable Valedictory Evening to celebrate the conclusion of another successful Rotary year. The event was kindly hosted by outgoing President Kate Nash and her husband, Howard, in their beautifully decorated garden, providing the perfect setting for an evening of friendship and celebration.
A highlight of the evening was the induction of Sarah Pritchard as the Club’s newest member. Sponsor, Rotarian Anita Thomas and President Richard Paine welcomed Sarah into the Rotary family, and members were delighted to celebrate the occasion with her. Sarah’s enthusiasm and her commitment to the local business community will make her a valuable addition to the Club, and everyone extends a very warm welcome.
During the evening, President Richard Paine expressed the Club’s sincere appreciation to Kate and Howard for their hospitality and for Kate’s outstanding leadership throughout the past year. Under Kate’s presidency, Uttoxeter Rotary enjoyed another successful year of fundraising, community projects and friendship, making a positive difference to many local and charitable causes.
The celebrations continued with members reflecting on the achievements of the past twelve months while looking forward with enthusiasm to the year ahead under Richard’s leadership.
