Charter Night Celebrations – 17 October 2026
We marked our 91st Birthday with an enjoyable evening of friendship and celebration, bringing together Rotarians, partners, friends and family.
We were delighted to welcome District Governor Don Lovejoy and Ewa, and President Geoff from Stafford Rotary to join us for this special occasion.
During the evening, President Richard Paine announced his chosen charity for the year: Your Emotional Support Service (YESS), an organisation we have supported a great deal over the years, who provide vital support for the mental wellbeing of our local community. We look forward to supporting their important work over the coming year.
A highlight of the evening was the presentation of a Paul Harris Fellow award to Neil Allen, in recognition of his unwavering dedication and commitment to Uttoxeter Rotary Club. Congratulations to Neil on this well-deserved recognition.
With 91 years of community service, fundraising and friendship behind us, we remain committed to making a positive difference to the lives of people in our local community and beyond.
The evening was a wonderful reminder of the value of friendship, collaboration and the collective effort that makes Rotary such a force for good. Here’s to continuing our work and building on 91 years of service to others.
